I ordered Bloomsvilla.com to send flowers and chocolates at a different address. I got a QR code for payment then i received an email which had track your order link.
It says 'Order Number BV******** or Email may be incorrect.Go Back to Search Again.'
the helpline number is always busy, no replies on chat, no replies on email.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
