I ordered a cake online on BloomsVilla.com, after locating my delivery address they confirmed the order and I paid through Gpay, later they sent email saying the place is in outskirt so I need to pay extra money, I tried to reach out to them to cancel the order for which they mentioned that I need to pay *** rs as deduction amount for cancelling the order, which is completely on their fault, now the birthday is anyway over, and now I am not able to contact them they are not responding to my emails and not refunding my money.
