Urbanic style - Showing not delivered when it is already delivered and therefore no return request excepting

I have placed one order in which it was delivered and in that one of the clothes was not delivered.. although the amount was deducted accordingly.. but the next day again the same order came where I returned it since I already got the product ...but in my account it is showing that I have returned my parcel so no return system there... There r a few clothes that has to be returned because I am unable to wear them ... This is causing me loses ... Pls help
