I have ordered my product on */**/** and received **/**/** (a totally different dirty,torn, damaged product which I didn't order and when I tried to return and get refund back they gave me to send the products details as they mentioned I sent them but still they rejected my return request and also when I talked with the managing team from urbanic they lied me that they have send me the exact product which I have ordered they said they have packaging video but when I asked them to send me and proof me by sending packaging video they failed to send) This Urbanic app should be banned
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
