I had odered simplicity sweater dress on ** November **** bt its shoulder is loose that's why i returned it but its amount *,*** not refund yet and than today ** December **** I contact to customer care and they said me thad refund time is over and in my account refund is not returned. I didn't expect this type of behaviour from this urbanic app feeling very Disappointed and feeling depressed because they didnt refund my Rupees.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
