I bought woodland shoes from Woodland store JM Road, Pune on *th March ****.
After a few weeks *st buckle was broken while I was tying the shoe laces so I went for repairing the shoes at the store.
Later after a few weeks again *nd buckle was broken so I had to go again for repairing the shoes at the store.
Now this is the third time I am again facing shoe buckle breaking issue now the JM Road store Manager Sohail Shaikh is saying please file report to customer care they can only solve your issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
