I ordered a toms black derby shoe from myntra, the box got delivered, I opened the box infront of the delivery boy, there was only right shoe in the box. I filed a return request, pick up boy came but refused to take it and asked to register a complaint. I filed a complaint but they didn’t take any action. Now they say that it has passed the return date.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
