Levis India - Shirt Quality defect

On **st August ****, I purchased a Levi’s shirt from the Levi’s exclusive store at Shop No. G/*, Celebration Mall, NH *, Opposite Devendra Dham, Pulla Bhuwana, Bhuwana, Udaipur, Rajasthan – ******.
Within two months of purchase, I observed that the shirt fabric quality was extremely poor — it developed wrinkles all over and visible sketch-like marks, despite not being washed. This indicated that the product was substandard and unfit for use.
I raised a formal complaint with Levi’s customer support on **st August ****. As instructed, I shared photographs, invoice details, and later submitted the product to the nearest Levi’s store on **st August ****, receiving an acknowledgment slip.
On *st September ****, Levi’s support confirmed that the matter was escalated for review. However, on receiving the final assessment, I was informed that the quality team did not find any manufacturing defect and that my claim had been rejected. I was simply asked to collect back the same defective product.
