Levis India - Levis in Refund

I ordered a leather belt on June **th. I had to return it due to a size issue. They say they have refunded INR *** to my bank account, but I have not received it yet despite checking repeatedly. I believe they are not being truthful about the refund. Their response to my email is as follows:
