Levis India - Amount not refunded

I ordered a high waist levis jeans from Levi's India company on *th January **** to my adress in Mumbai. Later i tried a hundrad times to return the product on same day and finally able to return the product on **th January ****. Now its been over one and a half month,i have been continuing writing for my money back but these fraudulent s are not returning my money. It is really shameful, unpleasant and discouraging customer service provided by Levi's India. I never expected this. I request never ever buy from levis online site rather use Amazon or any other online shopping sites. Please help me, this is really an unpleasant experience I came across and my experience is really really bad. I asked my delivery guy to provide me the proof of the item being sent back to the seller. He provided me the picture of product sent back to the seller verified. Attaching the picture of the online page that shows the product is returned back is verified
