One shipment picked up yesterday and i got return same parcel today without any notice/reason even this parcel doesn't reach any other city return from same city, and they charge shipping charges of worth ₹*** + ₹***. Total ₹*** taken.
I complaint and create help ticket they mark as resolved after saying that destination location is no serviceable.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
