Shiprocket Has disabled/blocked my account marking that some other account has some unsettled balance similar to mine. After a lot of follow-up via ticket, call, they are not giving any details about the other account as well. On one occasion during a conversation, one of their team member confirmed that the other account is not mine indeed and they will process the reactivation on the account. and after that once again I got back to the previous loop that says my account is blocked.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
