I purchased a SPORTO FITNESS *-in-* Multi-Purpose Weight Home Gym Exercise Bench Press from a seller on Amazon. I received defective product, I requested for refund and Amazon said I have to spend my own money and ship the product. Multiple Amazon customer care people assured me that all the money I spend on shipping the return package will be refunded. Since, it was a heavy product weighing about ** Kgs, I had to spend about Rs. **** to ship it back. I received the refund of the price of the product, I haven't received refund of additional shipping charges I had to bear. I sent the courier receipt to Amazon at least * times. However, Amazon just keeps blaming the seller and seller replies with a single message saying he has refunded the amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
