Fed Ex - Shipment Not Delivered

Hello Team,

I am raising my concern in this forum in a hope that I will get some justice.

My brother had sent a physical document for shipment via FedEx with 'International priority' on August *st from Toronto, Canada. It was supposed to be delivered on the *th of August. We had submitted the KYC for this only on *th, hence there was delay in clearance in customer (I believe).

When I called the customer care, I was told that the document will be cleared in ** to ** hours. But I still cannot see any progress on this. I have been chasing for days with Fedex team and there is no proper response at all. They have been giving us false promises every time we call them, saying it will soon be cleared and please monitor the status. I feel the team is not taking this issue up seriously and we are being fooled. When we enquired with Customs, they clearly mentioned that the package has been cleared from their end without any delay on their side. So it's pretty obvious that Fedex is playing a game with us and they are not willing to give us a date on which they can deliver. It's been * weeks now and the package is yet to be delivered.

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with FedEx and I am regretting for having chosen their services.

I hope someone in this forum can read this message help us in this regard. Hope you can empathize our feelings and help us in this regard.
