Sudhir Kute filed complaint against Ecom Express on Jul 12, 2021
I have my shipment with Ecom Express from last four days which is for out for delivery but still i haven't received it. Every day the delivery guy is updating the staus like consignee is not available and customer requested for future delivery date.
Also i contacted to the ecom expreess support team thrice and they are saying they will deliver it urgent but already three days passed and still no action.
Its very frustrating for the customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
