I placed an order through Amazon, but the shipment has not been delivered. I contacted the delivery company's toll-free number multiple times regarding the issue. However, despite repeated complaints, the shipment was not delivered to my address.
After waiting for a few days, the tracking status gets updated and shows that the shipment is being returned to the seller without any successful delivery attempt. Due to the non-delivery of the shipment, my work has been affected and delayed, causing me financial loss and inconvenience.
I request that the matter be investigated, the reason for repeated non-delivery be identified, and appropriate action be taken against the responsible delivery service. I also request compensation for the losses and inconvenience caused due to this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
