This is mail regarding shipment were not received by ECOM express but as per tracking it is delivered, following are the order details,

On the date of delivery I have received the online call from ECOM EXPRESS and delivery agent have confirmed to dispatch the courier on next day due to address is of village area and after some time I have received message as a shipment is delivered, so requesting to ECOM team please look in to this issue and take strong action with courier agent.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
