Cancelled flight * hour before depart due to low passanher load. Shifted time also by * hr.
Ask passanger to shift to other go air flight and fare was adjusted as per them. Once reached go air desk they told to pay additional for infant which i had already paid to spicejet. Spice jet guy present their told that the money will be credited within *days bydefault to my credit card. I have product go air reciept,boarding pass but still i am chasing for money from spicejet and they are asking for enquiry from last ** days.
