I Surekha Jadhav D/O B S Jadhav
customer of Sheltrax, and I really disappointed with
the service I got from Sheltrax and axis bank. One of the worst and pathetic
experiences I have from Sheltrax.
I have booked Flat H*-*** in the month of April **** paid **,*** ₹ to
GOPI RESORTS PVT LTD Cheque no ***** To Mr Tufail Ansari.
See below all the incidents I came across since last * years


First Incident:
While Booking Flat, Sheltrax executive told me to add my mother’s name
Mrs Sindhu Jadhav for booking, I have submitted all the Documents of
my mother and also paid **,*** ₹( to GOPI RESORTS PVT LTD Cheque no
*****) also paid *,**,***.** /-( Cheque no ****** to CLEARING
KOT CMS CFC OUTWARD ****** on **-Jun-****)
Note: While booking also Sheltrax not informed me that do not add the
mother’s name, instead they ask me to add her name.


Second incident:
Mrs Rupali Kale from Axis bank sent loan documents, in that also they
require my Mother’s name as Co Applicant (Submitted all documents of
Mrs Sindhu Jadhav) also paid all the processing charges as asked by
them. Amount was ****/-(Cheque No ******, AXS LCC CMS POOL A C NON
UTI
****** on **-May-****)
Note: While Loan processing also Axis Bank didn’t inform me that do
not add the mother’s name, instead they ask me to add her name as Co
Applicants. Pathetic Communication

Third Incident:
Sheltrax Executive Mr Prasad Send one office boy for Signature and to
collect checks for bank processing. This person also didn’t mention
that Mothers name is not required, instead he told me that mothers
name is Mandatory for processing.
This time also Paid *** Cash amount for the processing fee as
informed by the Mrs Rupali Kale and Mr Prasad. And gave ** Cheques as
instructed
Out of them following are the details of * Cheques.

Forth Incident;
I have registered My flat on ** September **** and the contact
Person was Mr Sumit Surve,(As informed by Mr Alankar for Sheltrax )
for this I have to travel to Neral form Pune , I asked Mr Surve / Mr
Alankar that I want to register my flat on my name only, at that time
they told me that I have to add mothers name too. At this age my
mother have to travel to Mumbai and then again came back on same day.
This was a physical torture for her as already she is facing health
issues.
During Registration also I paid *,**,***.**/- + **,***.** (including
legal charges Cheque no ***** ***** respectively)
My channel partner Shivram Khamble, asked Mr Sumit to take My Mother’s
s signature on all the pages of the agreement copy but he said only
one signature is required. After few days executive came to Pune to
take mother’s signature on all the pages this is not at all the proper
process.


Fifth Incident
Immediately After registration they asked me to pay **,***.**/-
amount and I paid it through Cheque no ****** dated ** October ****)


Sixth Incident

As per registration on ** September **** , sheltrax was about to give possession to me in ** months from the registration which means ** September **** .

And still this construction is incomplete and I am paying MY EMI to Axis Bank every month religiously.

When I am calling the manager Mr Suresh Singh no one is receiving calls .

When I email no body respond to email



All above incidents are Torture, Mental as well as Physical. Sheltrax
service is Pathetic and Worst. We (Me and my mother) have bear these
torture even after paying all the charges.
