Non-Payment of Rent on Shops & Booking of Flat
(*) I have booked one Flat in Y** & did the Registration in ****-**.
(*) Looking to the beautiful project ,I sold my native palce property & purchased two shops in NANO with the offer, it will be taken on rental by the Sheltrex for Two years,Agreement has been made, however there is no quarterly rent recevied (not a single) as per agreemnt for more than * quarters.
(*) I request all the members who have booked or purchased the flat to be unite & the local people who are staying nearby Karjat / Kalayan & having legal background to prepere the combine compalint before RERA to call back our legitimate & hard core money which we have invested.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
