What options do I have to get my refund because construction is stopped since last two years. Their offices have been closed and no one replies to calls or reverts to emails. There are thousands of buyers like me whose money has been stuck with this builder. Can RERA ask the builder to refund the buyers money before project completion date because work has stopped since last two years.
