I have booked my tickets from BLR to DEL for round trip between ** to ** April ****. But due to covid-** lockdown the flight got cancelled. Now as per policy I should get transferable shell credits in my account. But I have not received any. I have contacted them and got confirmation that it will get credited in ** hours but still it didn't happen. I have to book new tickets on an urgent basis. I will have to pay again to book now. I need resolution for this as I will be loosing another *.* Lakh for those tickets.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
