I am filing a formal complaint against Shadowfax Technologies Pvt. Ltd. for harassment, misconduct, and deliberate non-delivery of my prepaid orders by their delivery executive.

Issue Summary:The order was marked Out for Delivery and multiple delivery OTPs were received. The delivery executive arrived at my residence, rang the bell aggressively, and behaved rudely when we responded within one minute. He spoke loudly and disrespectfully to my father, a senior citizen, causing harassment.

He made threatening remarks such as “complain to whoever you want” and “let’s go to the police station”. His behaviour was unprofessional and intimidating. Despite the order being fully prepaid and customer availability, he refused to deliver the parcel and left with it.

He then threatened cancellation so that I would not receive either the product or refund. Shortly after, I received an unauthorised cancellation/return SMS, despite not requesting cancellation.

This amounts to:

Harassment and intimidation of a customer and senior citizen

Misconduct and threatening behaviour

Refusal to deliver a prepaid order

Unauthorised withholding of the prepaid parcel

Wrongful initiation of cancellation
