TCL - Severe Negligence and Unresolved Dead Pixel Issue Case ID or

Dear TCL Team,

I am writing once again regarding the persistent dead pixel issue with my TCL **C*** / **** TV, under case reference ID: IN*******************.

Frankly, my patience has reached its limit. The handling of this matter by TCL has been extremely disappointing — marked by poor communication, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is deeply concerning that a company of TCL’s stature has allowed such negligence to persist.

Despite my repeated follow-ups, there has been no concrete action, no proper communication, and no resolution. What is even more alarming is the recent claim that a replacement TV was delivered without any OTP verification or actual delivery to me. This raises serious doubts about the transparency and integrity of your service process.

Adding to this frustration, I was assured by your customer support representative that the concerned team would reach out via email within ** hours. However, it has been far beyond that timeframe, and I have received no update or response whatsoever.

This continuous lack of follow-through on a genuine product defect and mishandling of the service process reflects poorly on TCL’s customer care standards.

I now demand an immediate and transparent explanation regarding the false replacement claim and a definitive resolution to my ongoing issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response at the earliest, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through all available legal and consumer protection channels.
