I’m extremely disappointed with my recent Zomato order. The food was delivered in a completely spilled and unhygienic condition — the packaging was poorly sealed, and everything inside the delivery bag was drenched in oil and gravy. Not only was it inedible, but it also made a huge mess in my home.
This isn’t a minor leakage — this was a severe spillage that shows complete negligence in handling, packaging, and delivery standards. It's unacceptable for a platform like Zomato, which claims to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality.
I expect a full refund and stricter actions to be taken so that no other customer has to go through this inconvenience. If Zomato values its customers, this level of service must be addressed immediately.
