DNA Broadband Pune - setup box Router kit submitted but not yet received deposit amount

Respected sir/ madam,
I Mr. Suryakant V. Kore, age ** yrs. I was staying in Railway Officer's colony in Maladhakka Chowk Pune **. Have have cancelled my internet connection and setup box kits has been manually submitted in koregaon park office on dated : **th of August ****. handover to named Pooja Madam. She told, me that, "we will send GPAY on your concern mobile no." within * week. But up till date I have not received any payment.
So many times i follow up with the customer care and try to solve my problem, but they always giving me a PROMISE, that we will refund your concern amt as early.
