Its v v v bad experience i had. I have renewed my recharge for * month due to covid i had to vacate my room and shift due to which i had disconnected my internet services after usage of * week only.
after following up more than a week for disconnection no one came i went to their office to collect my money and giving their device and they didnt returned my extra recharge money.
I was ok to give * month money as well but they should return atleast * months money but no they are stubborn.
In place of customer experience they are fooling people.
