We got this internet last month and paid for entire * months - ****. I was very clear that my job depends on internet since its work from home going on. but this internet do not work almost *-* hours everyday and sometimes even for entire days. Had dropped a mail requesting to disconnection of services and giving my refund but their has being no revert. i have already incurred huge losses workwise and might add to that if this continues. i want these services to discontinues and get my refund asap.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
