Airtel DTH - Set top box repair or to be replaced with new one

Saturday morning tv signal stopped & message shown on TV to remove the id card & gently wipe it with a cloth and insert it but the card was not getting inside the set top box as something was broken down inside the set top box. I gave the complaint immediately
Next day evening compaint was attended by the technician and he too failed to solve the problem. He said he will bring the new set top box in * or * days but * days have elapsed and there is no proper response from the company or the person who attended the complant. Moreover he took away the old set top box along with my ID as well.
