Jio - Set top box order not confirmed

I have actually ordered for Jio Set top box for Rs.****/-. The payment got cut from my account, but in MyJio app it showed an error message as "Transaction failed. Amount would be refunded within *-* days". So, I had performed another transaction, even then same happened. I had reached out to jio care a lot of times, but no response. Totally, Rs.****/- has been dedcuted. It is more than a month.
