Videocon D*H HD set-top box not working since *th April **** without any intimation prior, no messages, no SMS nothing.
The set-top box is not going further "D*H" page. I tried calling customer care, but it's not reachable. Any time it gets connected, they make us wait for long without giving any information. I have balance in my account already recharged for * months in advance. When is videocon going to attend customer complaints? If there any maintenance issue, they should inform subscribers well beforehand.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
