It has been * days since the complaint is registered through customer service and every time whenever i call for follow up only the answer i get is 'you will get a call from the engineer to resolve the issue'. But till date no engineer called me. One guy from Chandigarh called me and asked me the address and said he will arrange a service person. But no further action.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
