Hi team ,
I am the customer for Videocon D*H from several years and their setup box needs to be replaced with free of cost and am following up from nearly week and they are not responding properly even they are not telling when that will be replaced from their end and they will cut the call without giving proper reason for delay and they don’t tell when they gonnna replace the box am seriously fed up with their poor service kindly can you help customer from these kind of poor service providers
