my set top box is not powering on since **.**.****. i have launched complaint on **.**.**** but it was closed without any action. i have d*h's **** gb set top box worth Rs. ****. they are providing me hd set top box in replacement of the same which cost ****. so it is clear loss of my initial amount given for high end set top box. they are not responding after so many complaint. now what to do? nodal officer's phone is also switched off. not a single reply of emails.
