Hi, I had the set top box replaced on Friday afternoon and till now ie Sunday night, they haven't activated the box and I am unable to view most channela. There are only two free channels available. I spoke to the following staff in customer care Saranya, Alby, Nimya, Princy. All of them promised quick action but till now it hasn't been resolved. They say their office will open tomorrow and then they will send a technician. Didn't know that such service providers don't work **** and can't resolve such simple things online.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
