Respected Sir,
On october *th i requested for an asianet direct digital connection at Aluva office.I choose asianet direct connection, also for taking asianet internet broadband connection.On the next day, a technician came for testing the signal and the connection was given,and a bill was issued in name of asianet .On this month ,when the technician came for checking signal for internet connection only, we came to know that we were cheated.As the cable connection which was given wasn't asianet direct digital connection,but it was the connection from a cable operator(who owns an asianet link ) in our locality. As was a link connection we were not able to take the internet connection and also due to power failure in operator's office, we are not able to watch the t.v programs.Therefore, i am requesting the concerns to take immediate steps for giving me the direct connection.Otherwise,i will be urged to move with legal formalities for cheating me.
