we have water filter aquaguard service contract from **.**.**** to **.**.****. But your Service Centre is not discharge your service since your contract start. Now dated : **/**/**** we complaint given to the repairing of myAquguard water filter, for my complaint against your service centre raise the Ticket ID number ****** dated : **.**.**** . But technicians are not attend the my complaint , so I once again raise the complaint in this regard raise the complaint Ticket ID number ****** dated :**/**/**** and once again raise the complaint on **/**/**** Ticket ID ******. But from your service centre Technician not attend the my complaint and finally I write a complaint to the Corporate office and Registered Office but all the register post returned because of DOOR LOCKED.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
