My AMC with Eureka Forbes is expiring and someone kept on calling me for renewal . I agreed and a technician came and started removing the machine . I asked for AMC papers to fill up. It was in the name of ION Exasense from Jayanagar Bangalore. Once I questioned him, he cut some wires inside surreptitiously and left the machine as it is and ran away .Then I called the Genuine Eureka Forbes People to attend to the problem . They showed me the wires cut and charged me Rs *** for fixing the same . I have their Official receipt . They also took pictures of the wires cut by the Bogus Technician . The bogus Company called me from the following numbers . ********** / ********** and ***********
