Dear Sir/Madam,
I have made a complaint regarding lining in TV on **.**.**** vide complaint no.rnp************.technician visited & told that part will come from LG company & we will replace the parts but till date no out put.yesterday i called toll free no. but no satisfactory reply,they have given LG service centre No.**********,I called but could not got satisfactory reply,CCE given one more no.********** ,then i have talked to that gentlemen Mr.Sunil but he was also blind about the complaint.
My TV is under AMC till March ****.COMPLAINT IS NOT RESOLVED TILL TODAY.KINDLY HELP ME OUT & GET IT RESOLVE..
