We availed interior design services from Bonito Designs Pvt. Ltd. There were numerous discussions and we realised that the team we were assigned to was incompetent. Hence we requested a refund of the initial advance payment of Rs. ****** which we had paid. The company refused to return the money. There was no work that was done by them and we sent them a legal notice to that end.
