I sent my GoBoult soundbar for repair on October **, ****, via their courier partner Delhivery. The package has been stuck at a Delhivery facility since October ** with no movement. Despite repeated follow-ups on phone, WhatsApp, and Twitter, GoBoult only replies with please wait and hasnt taken any action to trace or escalate the issue. Its been * month. This negligence and lack of accountability amount to a serious deficiency in service. I seek a full refund instead of exchange.
