Goboult - Cheated By Boult Faulty Headphones Non Functional Customer Care And No Resolution

This complaint is regarding the purchase of defective headphones from Boult on ** October ****. From the very first use, the product showed faults, so a warranty claim was raised and the headphones were sent to the company twice for repair or replacement. Each time, the company kept the headphones for around *–* days and the entire process took nearly a month in total, yet the defect was not resolved and no working replacement was provided.

It has now been about one and a half months since the purchase, and the company has still not given any proper solution, refund, or replacement. The official email ID is either not working or not answered, the customer care number does not connect, and there has been no meaningful response to messages or comments on LinkedIn. Because of this negligence, the product remains unusable, money is stuck with the company, and there has been significant mental stress and inconvenience due to repeated follow‑ups, waiting periods, and false expectations created by their warranty and service promises.
