I have ordered a Earbuds on ** Dec **** on goboult Official Website., & I have also paid amount of Rs.*** as prepaid payment.. I have received any updates are information regarding the product so I have messaged them * Days continuely but no response regarding the Product they are saying will update update.. I have asked them to refund my amount..now they are saying they don't have refund replacement policy..
