purchased a whurlpool split *.* ton on **th apr which was delivered to me after **days and now seven days have passed but installation has not been done till today.No one has reason for this delay.I got a call from a service center in Bauripur which is remotely placed at a distance of ** km from main city, this is the service set up of whirlpool.This is the beginning
you can well imagine service back up afterwards.The service staff are unprofessional and have no concern about customer feedback.
It's a terrible experience and I suggest please keep away from Whirlpool.
