Due to bad product and poor service provided by Dell representative my laptop got damaged beyond repair. Now they are consecutively changing dates and promises since ** days.
Still don't have a proper date and time of when my laptop gets replaced or repaired. Who would be responsible for the losses I face because of a defective laptop
