Justdial has the worst service ever. I had requested to stop ECS but instead they stopped my services. I have paid full package amount of Rs. ***** + **% GST. After the completion of my installments, I requested them to stop ECS so that no extra amount will be deducted from my credit card. But instead they stopped my paid service and now my listing is shown as non-paid. I want to complaint against the policies in Justdial and request for a refund but they denied for refund also.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
