Samsung - Service request not fulfilling

I bought samsung uhd ** inch *k tv in usa and later I bought it to India by paying custums charge of ***** . Now after using for * months I got issue in tv and request for service. Then the service provider said panel need to change. Though it is in warranty period they sai they can't provide warranty for foreign product. I'm still ready to pay service amount and get my tv ready to use. But the service center is now saying we won't provide parts for USA product. You need to wait for one month and still we won't give any hope to get it ready. And that guy adviced to buy me a new TV . This is so heart broken for me and so dissappointed. I spent total **k on the Tv and not completed * months and they asking me to buy a new TV. Now that product price is *****.
