Dear team,
My PNR number is *******. I want to register my complaint against your conductor of bus number of time *:** am.
Your bus's conductor seated me in seat number **, which I had booked for *:** am, but they allowed them to travel on another bus at *:**, and said the bus is not ok that's why we are arranging this one. And the second conductor come and after checking my ticket said to me seat wasn't confirmed. This is your company's fault, not mine. You should have informed me before boarding that the seat wasn't confirmed but my seat is confirmed if your bus is not ok then it's your fault not mine. If you inform me before boarding then I will give preference to jhujhar travels, every weekend I come and go from that bus, I would have taken the Jhujhar bus; their service is not just a show, it's excellent and it's much more better than yours. The people ahead of you are so incompetent and mannerless. If they forced to vacant my seat, you will be responsible for compensating me.
