I was given seat from Chandigarh which was already booked online. The bus operator gave me seat with ticket. After half an hour I was removed from my seat citing that seat is already booked. That was not my fault. The conductor/ operator is responsible for this. How are they allowed to alot dual/ pseudo seats? So many other passengers were suffering. Conductor was not responding to any of our query. We had already paid and we were struck. The travel was horrible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
