Orbit Aviation Pvt Ltd - Misuse of Tourists

We went to amristar bus stop for the bus of phagwara. The conductor comes to us and ask us where we have to go we informed him phagwara, he said it will cost *** per person, so we denied. Later again he came to us and tell us the price *** to we just took the ticket for * person for phagwara and my mother even ask then that it will wait for a long time in phagwara, so they said yes mam it will. Then after reaching to jhalandar the bus conductor came to us and asked us that where you want to go, so we informed phagwara, he suddenly denied us, that this bus will not go and he just putted our luggage outside the station. We came here from Ahmedabad and we have never ever faces such issue like this. The bus conductor was speaking very rudly with us in Punjabi language and we were totally unaware about that. I just asked them to refund my money back. And now the bus service is also saying no that they are not refunding the money anymore. This is very back thing happening with the outsider(tourist) who came here to took blessings in golden temple. They say we are devotee of guru nanak we never do wrong with anyone. So they should be feel shame on themselves that they are saying them guru nanak devotee.
